Head of Client Relationship Management (CRM) at RBS, Executive Director

After 7 months as Business Lead of Client Processes and Tools during the integration of ABN AMRO and RBS, I have now been confirmed as the Global Head of Client Relationship Management within RBS (GBM). As such I will be responsible for the business strategy around our global CRM platform called Connect, automated product opportunities as provided by SPOT (invented & developed by me, SPOT won 4 awards incl Best Client Management by The Banker 2008) our global product pipeline within Connect and related business processes such as accountplanning and client onboarding/prospecting

Responsible for the global roll-out of SPOT; a self-designed cross-sell tool that uses the latest financials of 100,000+ corporate clients to identify product opportunities across 45 AAB products. SPOT has just been awarded "BEST USE OF IT IN CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANKING" BY THE BANKER - NOV 2007

Yesterday (27-3) SPOT, my day-job, won another award: Best use of IT in Wholesale - and Investment Banking by the 2008 Financial Sector Technology Awards among 300 entries from appr 100 FIs
