Over 22 years experience in pharmaceutical industry. Initially as Scientific-Commercial Representative, soon thereafter active as headquarter CRA (Clinical Research Associate) for international phase I-III trials for several years and further evolved to become operationally responsible for European part of worldwide projects. Gathered experience in CRO world as Senior Project Manager. Thereafter, joined Grünenthal as CSM ( Clinical Study Manager) responsible for the overall conduct of clinical trials Phase II-III in Europe and USA. Since 2005 heading the Monitoring Department within Grünenthal (13 Staff) and since 2006 responsible as Deputy of the Global Head of Clinical Operations (40-45 Staff).
