Performance Match (formerly known as BPMi Staffing) is a company which is founded to improve the interpersonal relation between the organisation and the employees. We have 4 core business activities:
** Projects on Enterpise Intelligence Management (Performance- & Riskmanagement)
** Matching of ICT personnel on projects
** Recruitment of new personnel for our customers
** Contracting for freelance employees
Our Mission:
In cooperation with our Business Partners we make a blueprint of the current business processes. We advise our Business Partner how to optimize those
business processes and we give "the best fit" organisational and techinical solutions. We make our Business Partners able to manage their organisation more
successfull and to reduce risks and threaths in time. From this point our Business Partners gain more performance results from their organisation and business.
We are able to translate the optimisation of business processes into high tech technical solutions to remain the control and reliability of the
business processes. We believe in Enterprise Intelligence Management as a solid solution and are able to accompany our Business Partners from
process analysis up to and including case closed of a technical implementation.

During this time I had two main responsibilities:
** Interim HR IT Service Delivery Manager, responsible for all IT related activities and projects at Unilever Peoplelink (HR Shared Services) and Department Manager of a team of 5 FTE which gave support on SAP Payroll, SAP Time (Eclipse), PeopleSoft HR and API.
** Overall Project Manager at Unilever Peoplelink. Projects like optimization on HR Processes, KPI introduction on departmental level (Recruitment, Service Desk, Personnel Admin, Payroll Admin, Learning Admin, Expat dept). Part of project team on outsourcing HR activities to Accenture.

As a Interim Manager/ Project Manager/ Consultant responsible for analysing of all the relevant processes on a Human Resources department. Functional consultancy by the implementation of HR Systems.
Successful Projects:
** Unilever Peoplelink Interim Manager. Working as a HR IT Service Delivery Manager (responsible for all relating IT business & applications) for 50% and for 50% working as a Project Manager responsible for all related projects within Unilever Peoplelink. Departmental budget €650,000 (see above)
** Unilever Peoplelink, leading a project for optimizing an process of requesting letters by de decentral HR units.
** Achmea Personeelsbeheer Zwolle, main goal of this project was to migrate all the employees of another Business Unit called ‘Sociale Zekerheid’ (2000 employees) from EMIS to PeopleSoft HR and Payroll. Main role as a Project Lead/ Consultant and responsible for the Payroll part in this project and a good execution of the plan of approach.

As a HCM Consultant/Team Lead responsible for analysing and finetuning of all the processes on Human Resources.
Projects:
** Achmea Personeelsbeheer Zwolle, goal of this project was to implement PeopleSoft Global Payroll NLD (13,500 payees).
** BankSys Brussels, goal of this project was to upgrade from PeopleSoft HR 7.5 to PeopleSoft HCM 8.8.
** DaimlerChrysler Brussels, goal of this project was to implement PeopleSoft HRMS 8.3 and PeopleSoft Payroll Interface.
** Academic Hospitals Leiden, goal of this project was to implement PeopleSoft HRMS 8.3. at three academic hospitals.
** KPN The Hague, main goal was to reimplement PeopleSoft HR 8.3.
For all the projects, main role as a Consultant, responsible for consultancy, analysing, workshops, setup, functional designs, give training, analysing fixes, updates and bundles.
