I’m a business advisor focused in maximizing my clients' profits. This is achieved by collecting data, sorting it, analyzing it, making recommendations based on that data and creating implementation plans to help management achieve their objectives.

My business revolves around reading financial statements, analyzing them and making recommendations for management based on that analysis. For instance, I can calculate how fast one item of inventory is being sold compared to another item and find out which one should be purchased more often and which one should not.

Most small businesses don't have a bookkeeper or accountant, so I also provide those services for a very affordable fee. Another unique aspect of my business is how I not only record what's going on (like all bookkeepers and accountants do) but I also backup all the audit trail information, analyze the audit trail and analyze the accounting information systems. Those services clear up potential problems that most bookkeeper and accountants disregard.

My business has two goals:
1) Protect my client by keeping track of cashflows, avoid risks and lookout for potential problems that may develop over time.
2) Increase profits, maximizing profits given the current capacity and eventually growing the business and maximizing profits at greater capacities.

While I diagnose and treat problems, I strongly advise all business owners to take a preventive approach. A lot of my services are predominantly preventive.
